Great benefit from Yoga

I am doing regularly yogasanas and pranayama besides doing walking. I have seen tremondous improvement in my health and attitude. Recently I was listing down the benefits and found out that it has cured more than 30 problems in my body. I can't imagine taking medicines to all of these problems and for many problem there cannot be any medicine. This is amazing!!!
