i belive the person is right , for most of the cases we should check the history of gals, who report this and the person involved should also be checked by having feedbacks from the previous employers or colleagues.
What i have seen in many cases gals themselves go to extra mile to have favours from certian people and once they get those they compalin or when they fail to get their request favoured they compalin of these type of things . so instead of putting balme on male community i belive both the person should be judged because male memebers never go ahead with the things until and unless they are being lured by females members . gals talk dirtyu and double meanings talks and when they are stuck at somepoint they complain of harrasment
