I think it is relative term. One must concetrate on proffessional life but personal life can\\\\\\\'t be ignored.At work you have to create systems so that in your absence work can go on smoothly. In today\\\\\\\'s technology whereever you are you are easily accessable.We should not foreget that proffessional life and personal life are two sides of same coin.
