Hi I spend 24 hours of daily precious life of mine as follows 8 hours - work (efficiently) 3 hours - travel 8 hours - sleep 1 hour - getting ready for work 1.5 hours - 3 meals in a day 2.5 hours - leisure
when the work pressure is up, i give 10-11 hours daily.. everything is screwed up..
I am almost spending 50% of a day working, 40% sleeping/eating/getting ready, etc and only 10% for myself.. Now the problem is following: i want to be good at work.. want to enjoy my life fully now when i am 25( and not when i am 45 or so)... how can i increase this meager 10% of daily life for myself?? if someone can help in this regard using their time management or any other management skills, pls reply..
