RE:link prob..
by rohit mundhra on Jul 25, 2007 09:53 PM

Hello Shameemji,

Sorry, if you felt that the tone of my previous message was rough. I sincerly appologise for it. All my intentions are to get the article corrected so that other people reading it doesnt get confused the way i did. As all of a sudden it seems that you have clicked the wrong link and have moved from the acticle on lower back to an article on digestion.

Anyways, can you please confirm whether the below 5 asanas as mentioned in the artcile, are the 5 meant for the lower back problem?
- Uttanpadasana (Raised leg pose)
- Supta hasta padangushtasana (Lying hand to toe pose)
- Supta udarakarshanasana (Lying abdominal twist)
- Kandharasana (Shoulder pose, also called pelvic tilts)
- Dradhasana (Firm pose/ side-relaxation pose)

We are people working in the IT industry, and back problem comes as a free gift with it. So can we have another article targeted specifically for the IT industry.
