I was intending to do a full article on this. But since there seems to be several messages asking for this, am giving you a list which you may check out in the meanwhile: these poses you will find on the net also: skandha chakra (shoulder rolls), neck circles (greeva sacnhalana) but neck movements must be very graded; shashankasana (hare pose) you will find in our earlier yoga series, paschimottanasana (forward bend) are useful because they help provide spinal traction. Arm stretches (also referred to as the executive stretch) are also helpful. Yogic equivalent would be tadasana (palmtree pose).
