Are you open to live-in relationships?
by Rajesh Anantharaman on Jul 17, 2007 02:18 PM

With due respects to those who think this to be perfectly normal. Equally surprised by what our children do, we plan the path ahead for them only to feel slighted when they tell us their decisions. Moral or immoral is subjective, but this is still not permissible for the simple reason that we human beings are emotional, every live in that fails leaves an emotional scar only to resurface as expectation setting in the next relationship. A few rounds will start making this a business relationship and not a mingling of two minds anymore. A marriage however needs two minds, so other things become irrelevant. A young kid will also react to such scars differently, however supportive, the scar will be borne by the kid herself/himself.
