Reading some of the messages in this forum makes me want to laugh and puke at the same time!! Seriously, give us all a break!! Unless you are a Tom Cruise or a Brad Pitt with a Mercedez to boot, women in powerful positions would not even give their subordinates a second look! Women(the minority who stray) generally have a fling with men up in the social ladder, not some non-entity in the organization. So if there is harrassment of men, it is not sexual. On the other hand, i don't recall even a single incident where i or my friends from College days were ever eve-teased by a group of girls. Cheap slimy comments, dirty passes, bottom pinching in crowded buses, whistling provocatively, well well, these things are not done by women!! Even in a corporate setting there are many guys who have a fertile imagination, so even if the female boss is being nice and friendly, there are morons who will draw whatever conclusions they want. Even if a woman wnats to have a fling, she will have it with a guy who she likes and respects, not some salivating loser.
