This is going on everywhere but the right solution is not throwing it are not banning it to use it again it depends on each particular person. This can be stopped like this that they should be sent a message twice stating that there is a transaction done from his account and tell him that if it done from his end reply to the toll free number (xxxxxx) as yes or no. As per my knowledge a maximum of knowledgeable persons are using it and they can respond it stating that yes, no or something else.
