When you graduate from a Business school, you usually have only academic knowledge. If thats the case, then it is definitely worth getting some work experience for a year or two. You then should go for a completely thought about plan rather than just jumping in eagerly. Working for yourself always motivates oneself and when you know that you are responsible for your own success or failure, you tend to think rationally and work harder. It is anyday better than waiting for a paycheck, getting apprised from managers who pay only lipservice and always hoping you are not the next to get the sack. You make the processes, you make the decisions, and you make yourself worthy than some multinational company!!
