An entrepreneur is not an employee but an employer.At the top of all private corporations are entrepreneurs, the people who concieved them as ideas and foresaw their present a long time ago as a vision. People who had something original to offer to the society. People who started out with tiny buds and eventually transformed them into entirely new branches of human civiilization ,many of which ,over time have become inseperable organs of the way we live. An entrepreneur is not a single specialized skill set that you can use over time, to fill some predefined space in the human society, but creation of entirely new space.It is not an option but a realization that comes to someone who has an idea, the ability and the willpower to implement and sell it ,and at the end of the day is still ready to accept failure.The two are entirely different and incomparable.Yet there could be a stage where one is a stepping stone to the other.
