i am married age at 26.i have last mensural period 2 nd july and conception at 9th july after 1 week i feel aciditi, and feeling of vomiting but nothing is now. i have already one doughter last pragancy was operation. i have low apdomen pain and operation stiching area last 1 week this symtomas will be pasitive pragancy symtomas or not ?
