FOR GD- Try to initiate if you have a strong hold on the topic. Mediate and help to resolve conflicts,that arise during the course of the discussion. Encourage silent candidates to express their views. FOR PI- Stay calm & confident. Don't beat around the bush if you aren't sure of an answer.
