We are living in an era where there is a high degree of competation.Expectation is too high . Its more of result oriented.Emphasis is more on smart work rather than hard work.
So my fellow software engineers .its a wake up call for all us. This issue needs to handled at the grass root level. If this trend continues it will be serious issue.
As we all know companies are moving out of india to other locations like brazil,china,malyasia because of cheap labour.
Finally companies would say we are not able find right person for right job.
