I feel many time its IT companies themselves who force people to fake there cv's. Take exp. of SAP Requirements unless a person gets oppurtunity they will never gain experience. But IT majors emphasize on experienced people only. Hence an individual desperatly in need of an oppurtunity lands up faking there CV's.
