Its simply double standards. I have worked in 3 (want to write those names but dont thinks its a good idea) of the top 5 companies in India and all of them fake the CVs when it is sent to the clients. There are dedicated people who make changes to the CVs so that they can place them with the client. People who are sitting in bench for about 1 year are shown as people having experience in that platform. Even training is converted into experience by these big companies of India. Its so ridiculous that they are denying the same thing when the candidate does it. Simple double standards
