Fake CV's are not big problems
by on Feb 21, 2007 09:15 AM

Faking CV's means writing something which is not true in your CV's. I think there are VERY FEW people who writes everything true in their CV's or we have no more HARISHCHAND Today who always says true. Do the people who are making this an issue can say that they have never lied in their life?.
In my opanion if a person is able to deliver his duties properly despite faking his CV, then it shouldn't be taken as a crime otherwise a chance must be given to the person to clarify, leave the company or compensate the loss.
There are much more serious cheating issues that exist in corporate world which needs attention and money to figure-out than the fake CV's. The only reason which appears clear to me from this issue is that there will be new business interest of the corporate world by raising this issues. You will find companies coming up claiming for doing verfication checks and doing brisk business at stock markets. Whereas the liers will still be there. That's all
