How far you all aware of the fact that the so called big IT companies send people with less experience or not relevant skil set to their client place saying that person has more experience & has woked in the required skill area. I myself had been sent two times like that by different IT companies to client place claiming knowlegde on that area but the face is i never worked in those area. My friend even IT companies they them selfs do such things, cheating their clients.
