policy- loot and hide

its official folks- commie-congie using a 3 step policy:

1- collect all kinds of taxes into central and all-congie-commie-states' treasuries

2- loot and plunder the treasuries, transfer the money to personal ac's, on to tax haven

countries

3- once public comes to know, hide your face from tv/papers for 6 weeks, til public forgets

4- REPEAT STEPS 1/2/3 ABOVE, for FIVE YEARS
