20 - 25 mins. is definitely not enough to establish a complete discussion. The participants have to act fast and prove their Communication Skills, Current Affairs Knowledge, Leadership qualities, Assertiveness, Lateral Thinking, Flexibility and everything in a very short period of time. I am sure the interviewers will have a difficult time out there!
