You can just scan through your text books and have a bath and do pooja that is called sandhya vandanam and chant gayatri mantra whcih is avilable in form of a cassette that is OM BHURBHUVASVA TATSAVITHUR VARENYAM BHARGODEVASYADHIMAHI DHIYYOYYONNA PRACHODAYATH..Which means oh almighty god earth sun and the universe please give me inspiration to serve the world.. Just sit and meditate When you get teh exam quetsion apper just remeber what the teacher told you in calss about it and what was written in the books and also your lecture notes..
