I don't know how you can say western culture has anything to do with it. Or Democracy for that matter. Where in western culture or democracy does it say that you can sexually harass women? The reason there is sexual harassment is because Indian men and women are sex starved. These sexual frustrations get the better of them and sometimes it results in rape. You cannot deny someone the basic neccessities of a happy life like food, water, shelter, sex, etc and expect them to be happy. In olden times indians used to be happy because they used to have more sex. Then the british came and imposed the victorian morals on us. Thus, we still follow primitive english values of sexual depravation and modesty and censorship. While the western world has got rid of its chains of sexual oppression. We have gladly embraced it and are oblivious to it.
So have more sex, and be happy. But use condoms please!
