You seem to got struck wit ur idea Mr.Sachin,from being the best city in India has now turned to be one of the gud cities!!DID U talk to ure state/city politician and change ur environment?No...so u can't give advice for them..yes,i do agree they r gifted with gud weather n mix of culture.We al need to sponser and lead from front to MAKE IT EVERGREEN AGAIN
