They have number of terms and conditions written in very small letters in their booklet which normally escape your notice and you believe only on what they say.The terms and conditions are usually applied to the operator's advantages.Always ask for a written cost and clarifications of the tour signed by the operator.Finalise everyting before depositing the advances.
