Hi Srinivas , The document was handed over to my collegue for the same L1 blanket. It is because either the consulate is not conviced that you qualify for this type of visa or he/she is under investiagtion of you organization, my friend got his visa in 4 weeks time , yours is little bit longer time , you may send a mail to them. regards Vivek Shandilya
