Hi I am presently on a J1 visa which expires in Feb 07. I got my visa from London and my DS 2019 and it clearly states that the 2 year rule does not apply. But I have been told that since I have Indian citizenship this rules applies to me. I want to study further but I am confused if i need to do the waiver or not first.
