The concept of sexual harassment bas been applied for dating. People have lost their jobs. Hence the work culture in organisations is not healthy for dating, leave marriage. People are not broadminded and they view it seriously each and every word spoken or uttered. Friendly culture is a dream in organisation.May be there are organisations which I am not aware. As far as I have experienced, people come and go and no healthy interactions. In Bombay when I used to work both genders used to have the same lunch room and it is a rule made by the organisation that groups should not be formed.Hence male and female both will having lunch together. In Chennai there is groupism and they are not outspoken and taken negatively. Even during get together organised by the company people are aloof and there is no opportunity for free speech. One needs to be cautious always because you may be trapped because of a single word. The organisations should encourage marriage within the company and promote free speech without gender bias. They should not promote groupism and make employees to move freely.They should usher in broadminded culture without vindictive attitude. In Chennai which company will?
