why not? its such a wonderful idea. counter to the thought that it might reduce productivity, i feel that it enhances the same. the "subjects" look forward coming to the office, they r fresh, bubbly and alert. if the relationship culminates in marriage, it helps the couple as well as the organization. it reduces attrition. we have companies like Wipro promoting in-company marriages. they infact have a marriage bureau which brokers for the dating colleagues.. all in all, its a win-win situation.
