there is no doubt that it is the prarogative of the Management of an organisation to laid down conditions how it want to progress and what would be way of functioning of its employees. if the organisation feel that dating among employees may affect the efficiency and productivy then it has all the right to prevent it. After all it is the organisation that is paying the staff salary besides maintaing the tempo of progress.
