None of their business
by Anand on Sep 13, 2006 11:32 AM

I dont know who gave the companies the right to object to marriages within the organization. Can colleges disallow marriage between collegemates thinking about grades etc? Who is this company to decide on anyone's lie partner or even date for that matter. Tomorrow they will decide that even having lunch together by colleagues is disallowed!!! If dating is allowed then it doesnt matter whether the date is a colleague or otherwise. Also, if someone can fall in love, there is no way u can prevent him/her falling in love with a colleague. Imagine a resignation that reads "I am in love witha colleague and as per company rules it prevents me from falling in love with a colleague. So I hereby resign my position as .... "
