Dating is the same level need like food , clothing, shelter. But unfortunately its not accepted in India. But if dating is done even though having a good life partner is wrong. The Emyloyers should not take interest in their staff's personal matters unless they hurt the other staff. Employers should see to that if dating is affeting the productivity of that person he should simply warn him of productivity only and if not improved simply fire him, no need infact no right to advise him on his dating.
