REGARDING HOLD BACK PF

Dear Gaurav Vasudeva,

No one employer can hold back PF of any employees, you have submitted form no.19, 10c and NRS form in provident office, if authorised person of your company is refused to sigined in yours withdrall form then you have go to your bank manager and asked to signed in your withdrall form and submitted regional provident found office.
Notice period or notice pay is not a matter to hold pf.
