Dear Employee.... Even I feel the government should amend this rule..
How can an employer hold back the PF amount or even delay.. Why this power has been given to the employer. Many employee suffer because of this policy(he has to waste his time for PF after he resigns ). I think this need to be scraped immediately This is the hard earned money of the employee and he should get this on his signature and not after the employer has sugned this. Can some body tell me why this system of employer giving the nod for PF...
We should fight all this and also any other system(most of them in favour of employers)....Now a days it is the employee who suffers... I hope Mr.Chidambaram will help us out of this ..
It is our money and we should get this without any interference of the employer ..
