Audits (both internal and stat). - a CA will be preffered 3. Back office Accounting - a CA will be preffered 4. Cost management - Highly debatable 5. Finance (everyhting from basic trading to hedge funds) - MBA from all top 10 schools have the upper edge 6. Compliance with laws (all corporate laws) - a CA will be preffered 7. General/Strategic mangement - an MBA will be preffered 8. Solely fund raising - an MBA will be preffered 9. Global Recognition - IIM/ISB has a better recognition than CA 10. add as u like 11. add as u like and so on.
