degree vs work experience.

We,many times find educated fools in all our work places. But a decent education, gives them a good lead in his/her placement.
To become a expert in any field, one need not be a degree holder.
A good mix of both, with consideration for each indevidual case has to be evaluated.
How many inventions were made by Doctorates in any field !!! Most of the great inventors,are, not degree holders !!!
