As a management graduate i strongly believe work experience should come first before earning a management degree.In today's world both are required.To apply and get promoted in a job,degree is a must.If we have some hands on experience and then doing professional course is preferred,b'cos whatever we read through books can easily be understood and visualised.But if we are simply studying a book with out any prior work experience, we won't get a clear picture.so i always prefer to have some hands on experience before going for a management course
