Are degrees worth more than work experience?

Not At All. Degrees are an additional support or you can say as an authorizing entity..thats all !!! But they are not more than work experience.

What we learn in Schools & Colleges is totally different to what we face in practical work.

Any time Work Experience makes an individual more learned than Degrees
