hi i worked for the leading pharma company. my immediate boss was a complete jerk. she would take my ideas and my work and project them as her own. she would ask me to her work ( i made 90% of her presentations)and when caught would say that she has no knowledge abt it. Since i was on retrainership, i was not supposed to handle few things(basically her work), but she would make me do it and when asked abt how i was performing, she never projected the work i did, as she would have faced the fire... the worst part was the our GM now the Director of the department was never willing to listen... it was really sad, and i ultimately quit... Guess what my so called great boss also left after few days, but i am sure they never understood the real reason, or willl ever do...
