I was a victim of bruised egos/office politics in my last job. Taught me something very valuable.
I totally endorse the point which said "learn". It's so true. Unless one has an open attitude to learning one cannot grow.
Nice article. Apt to not just beginners but also people (like me) who've put in a few years at the workplace.
