Many times I find that the disciplinary person has been targeted immediately in case of his any minor mistake while others are doing it regularly but nobody point out them. e.g. Today I am not in company uniform while many others do it very frequently but I was pointed out by senior HR person. I said Sorry but get upset when looking others who are not in uniforms. Why such happens? How to react such things? To be more obedient and disciplinary, are my weak points?
