indeed, in my case i am everyday loosing my temper. i am getting tense day by day and become short tempered because of my selfish managers and colleagues. i am working in life insurance company, they disrespected me a lot. beginnig they told me one thing and now they are following another thing. i have given 3lacs rupees of personal premium. they wrote their name in form and they took benefit of their own. and they got huge amout of commission. they have their own five to six perosons group. even i didnt get salary properly. if i am delay in giving premium then are threatening me as throwing out of the job. well i did good business in last 3 months. in short, they are harassing me a lot. i have lost everything after joining this waste company.. tell me, how can we stay in company with temper. we cant show short temper against them because we are working under them?
