Regular Meditation of atleast 15 Minutes , every day before you have your Lunch and in the evening times clubbed with Regular Pranayama helps you to get over all these , when specially you are the Boss of current angry , less informed , non knowledgeable and reluctant to learn type of Young Generation Staff
