Do some prananyam in the morning especially kapal Bhati and Alom Vilom.. This will guarantee weight loss and decrease in blood pressure.. In the evenings , walk for 2 - 3 kilometers. Eat plenty of green vegetables , flaxseeds and brown rice(if posssible)..
