basically i don't apply make-up everyday to office, but sometimes i do feel that i should start it but frankly i don't know what things i should purchase. I would appreciate if you could advice me . My skin is dry. in the morning i apply the boat sunscreen SPF 15 and i just apply the normal talcum powder on it. My upper lip portion is very dark. Pl advice.
