Innovative Ideas dont come to groups. Its always an individual effort due to the persons experience in that field or by observation of the environment. He then sells the idea to others.
A person having a fantastic idea but lacking strong Management team is at a disadvantage due to the exisitng mindset of VCs. Where does a young enterpreneur go to find a successful management team.
Why not VC's recognize the potential of the idea and bring in Management / strategy expertise and fund start ups.
All projects take off with limited resources and gradually build on.
Venture Capitalists evaluation and funding of a project is not an organized step by step process.
They have Vague parameters so Its just Luck that determines whether you get funding or not..
