The article is good but I practically found out the methods suggested here and similar one to be 20-25% effective if I can put a number on that. However I found 1 hour of Pranayama (Baba Ramdev) a day to be much more effective in reducing my weight (2Kg is 1st week and 18 Kg in 2 months)and does not leave me with aching legs and joints and helps me concentrate on my studies much better without making me drowsy. Other teens like me can think about it.
