Does Slim Sauna - fat reducing belt really work

Hi,

I have seen an ad in the TV,about a fat reducing belt called Slim Sauna.The ad showed that by simply wearing it around the waist for 50mins will reduce the waist size by an inch.The reason the say is heat and sweating burns the fat.Kindly let me know if this is true.
