Where must I invest now? - Investing avenues.

As envisaged by me ( a very personal thinking not influenced by anything )

1) Agricultural Fields / Lands ,horticultural tracts.
2) Projects Concerning - Water , Urban Infrastructure and Roads/Highways.
3) SIP's of ELSS , Diversified Equity funds.
