However the article gives an extremely restricted view if the companies offering overseas travel insurance. In fact this insurance concept was introduced by general insurance subsidiaries and even as on todays date The New India Assurance Co underwrites the largest chunk of overseas mediclaim businee. It would be fair reporting if the author researches the service providers in the subject and gives the readers an honest and comprehensive view of the service providers. Or maybe this article is to promote overseas insurance business of some of the private insurers?????.
