The problem is very simple to understand. The Independent Financial Planner (IFP) can have contact with the insurance agents and then he will explain to you about the products and give you those name to open policies from them. This way he will get some more commsion from them also. Ofcourse there is a catch. We can say that he is not a good IFP and in the long run he will loose his business.
